Opening an app
Tabs, filters, full screen, and how selections are handled.
Selecting an app opens it inside the portal, with no redirection to another site and no new tab.
Tabs
The app's sheets are presented as tabs at the top of the screen. Switching tabs does not reload the app.
Filters
Filters operate as they do in Qlik. Selecting a value filters every chart on the screen at the same time. The upper bar indicates what is currently filtered, and each item can be removed individually.
Selections are preserved when switching tabs within the same app. On leaving and returning, the app opens unfiltered, as published.
Full screen
Any chart can be expanded, which serves the presentation of an indicator in a meeting.
Performance
The first load is the slowest, as that is when Qlik prepares the data. Subsequent openings within the same session are significantly faster.
Recurring slowness in a specific app stems from that app's data model, and the matter is directed to the team maintaining it.
